Help fund our Oak Grove Art Academy and Theatre

In December of 2013 the estate of Claire C. Donnelly bequethed 10 acres in Franklin Township
    in the heart of Hunterdon County, NJ to Franklin Theatre Works.
Since January 2014 FTW has :
    Received title to the property, Registered and took full posession of the property.
Since March 2014  $50,000 has been spent to produce concept plans and studies to gain a variance to
    build an art academy and theatre.
 In March 2016 a resolution was adopted by Franklin Townshipto grant a variane to Franklin Theatre Works.
 In 2017 site work has begun  including a conservation area for the endangered bees and monarch butterfly on the acres.
   with the help and support of the USDA, NRCS and XERCES.
FTW is now preparing a major site plan, phase one for approval.
    It includes site work, a new drive and parking so that FTW is able to function on the property providing
    open air summer classes and events in a park setting.
FTW estimates that this phase will need another $50,000.
